"I've felt better, that much I can say" Stacy gave a smile and continuted: "It's great to see you again. You look good as ever."

She looked in the direction that House had disappeared. "I hope my stay here won't cause too much trouble for you."

Wilson didn't bother to follow her glance back towards where House had vanished. He didn't need to. He'd find House after he got Stacy settled.

"As good as ever...mmmm...which means I probably look...frumpy." Smiling gently at her as he matched his step to hers. "Which floor are you staying on, let me help you back there. Who is your admitting doctor?" He grinned then, pure mischief. "You know, so I can go and pump them for all sorts of details which it would be very illegal for them to share with me."

Teasing gently at her given profession.

"If I wasn't too exhausted, I'd sue the both of you for it. But as it is, I'll have to play nice till you fix me back up."

Stacy looked through the papers the nurse had handed her. "My doc is called... I cannot read this handwriting. They said I won't be staying long, but they wanted to check me in to see my progress."

Easing a sheet of paper from the stack, Wilson studied it for the floor and room she was admitted to and then began to angle them towards the elevator.

"Doctor Parsons. He's a good GP, Stacy and I don't think he'd keep you in here just for kicks. So, let's get you settled in."

Into the elevator, he punched the button for the 4th floor and waited for the doors to close. As the car began to rise, Wilson shifted a little on his feet. It was always difficult to think of what to say, what not to say.
