So Chris is doing good at Academy so far.  He got an 84% on his first test, which is really good, considering 9 guys failed their first tests.  He just has to have a 70% on all his tests to pass that portion, which I think he can do.  He called me last night though to say that he thought he pulled something, because it hurt really bad but he ( Read more... )

I dont have much time to update tonight, Chris is leaving next week for BP Academy and I'm so proud and excited!  I hope he does great so we can finally get on with our lives!!

I dont think I posted this either, but we also finally got his VA final rating and now he's at 40% and we got backpay from almost 2 years ago.  Things are finally going our way!! We had to suck it up and live not how we wanted to for awhile but things are finally looking up!! Anyways, he gets that payment for the rest of his life, so that is a good ( Read more... )

I had such bad heartburn last night, I couldn't sleep.  It ended up making me throw up this morning so I didn't go to school.  I dont know if it's just acid or what, but it still hurts on and off today.  I got some prevacid to take and drinking mylanta.  Blah, I haven't had any this bad in a long time ( Read more... )

Chris left on Saturday to go to Ft. Had a busy Memorial Day weekend.  We went upnorth to help the Inlaws get their house ready for my sil's open house in 2 weeks, so we planted plants, painted, I made her new curtains and we hung out.  It was gorgeous weather all weekend, except for some of today, but that was ok.  We were in the car for most of that.  Brody and Caden are now staying ( Read more... )
