i know the feeling... try reading doctor and nurse and nurse pratrictoner's handwriting on papers to file alphabetically... and then being given a stack of insurence papers where you have to go through and try to find each person's paper. worse, the patients are all Morales, Martinez or Moreno ect, so i have to go through them all... and the one you need is the last one in the pile. >.
