Day 4 - What you ate today, in great detail

Breakfast:
Balance Pro Protein Bar
A full French Press of Great Lakes Coffee Company's Triple Threat

Lunch:
Pure Protein bar
Garlic and Herb Bread leftover from when I made it to accompany a Cuban black bean stew earlier in the week
Fuji Apple

After School Snack:
Banana
Meijer probiotic yogurt, vanilla flavor
Small Caribou drip coffee

After Gym:
Chocolate Protein Shake

Dinner:
Pumpkin and White Bean Chili (it rocked)
Iron Skillet Cornbread (it also rocked)
