I found myself dealing with that crap a lot while working at Coldwater Creek. Laura, who was quite competent at making schedules, had been training Lori (we had 3 Lauras/Loris working for this store--ugh) to make up the schedule. Apparently Lori is not a quick learner/just plain stupid because she'd so this ALL the time and also take forever to put up a schedule--it would often take her until Saturday/Sunday to put up the schedule for the following Monday and it would be riddled with mistakes. SUCH a pain in the ass.
