dana's cool and is just doing his job. The Coast always goes through this when the weather first gets cold. You have NO idea how irritating it is to work in a place like that, depending on paying people paying and staying while the joint fills up with people "just warming up and going to buy something in a minute." You have NO idea how many people sell that line and then leave, leaving shit all over the table and never spending even a measley buck for coffee.
