Past……
“Ne Kei-chan you like stuff toys right?” it was their first date as couple basically the idea of date was watching movie, eating and just roaming around. They were in this mall, walking hand and hand looking at the different displays from the stores when this particular thing caught Yuyas’ attention.
“mmm…yeah, my dad gives them when he comes back from another country for business trips.” Kei was really enjoying the time spent with her boyfriend knowing that long hours of sermon awaits her upon coming home.
“On your birthday, I’ll buy you the largest size, then you’ll be the one to design the dress.”
“Hey, that would still be next year…….” jokingly punched his arm
“It will give a long time to save then.” Cheekily he answered back
“Hahahahaha……….You’re really funny.”
“That’s why you fell inlove with me deshou?”
Back to the present
“What’s that???” raising her eyebrows and boringly looking at the person who’s been annoying her life from the past two weeks
“A stuff toy as a birthday present for you, as what I have heard you didn’t have a celebration so I’m just giving this.”
“I didn’t celebrate coz I don’t like to and by the way I hate stuff toys, you can keep it.” standing instantly from her chair and exited their classroom
“Kei wait!!! I have something to tell you!!!” he was about to chase her but someone purposely blocked his way.
“Give her some peace will you? She won’t appreciate it anyways.” Being her best friend she feels sorry but Kei should realize it’s about time to let go.
“Chii, this is important okay I have to tell her about tonight” he was soo stupid to forget the instructions given to him by his own parents.
“Yabu-kun, Kei-chan is my best friend and right now she needs time….alone time, meaning…..no distractionsnobuggingorpesteringfrom anyone even me. You have no idea what she has been through but here you are pushing her to the limit. She can’t really stop blubbering when it comes to her friends
“Chii stop! I need to inform her about the engagement party tonight.”
“Enga---what?!?!?!?! Who’s engagement are we talking to?
“Mine and Kei-chan’s engagement party.” Releasing a heavy sigh
“What?!?!?! Are you joking??? You’re not even friends not mention you piss her off and now you telling me you’re about to be engage?! This is incredulous.”
“Parents decision, apparently they knew about the hotel incident and I can’t deny to them coz they got a video tape as a proof.”
“What hotel incident? Kei never mentioned something about it. Are you two hiding something from me?” she was a bad feeling on what’s gonna happened later tonight.
“Me and kei…….something happened between us accidentalybutitonly happened once. “He felt guilty spilling their secret but sooner or later Chinen will know the truth besides she’s her best pal anyways.
“Whhhhaaaaattttt?!?!?!?! OH…my…God.!!!!! You’re joking right? What if you got her pregnant?! Then because of guilt she’ll abort the baby or have a miscarriage with too much blood loss Kei will possibly die!! Oh no Kei-chan…….”Again she’s being dramatic with scenarios in her mind
“I said…. stop it Chii!!!....... Now …….where can I find Kei so I could talk to her?” Half of him was happy with the arrangement but he also knew that Kei likes or even loves someone else basing from the latters behaviors.
