Health and fitness
1. Get a regular skin care regime happening for 6 months - achieved and then let go a bit, but much improved these days
2. Brush my teeth twice a day and floss once a day for 2 months - teeth brushing improved, flossing went great for a few months then failed
3. Only eat out/take away once a week for 2 months - achieved

You achieved a similar amount to me and your final paragraph are pretty much what my thoughts were (even pretty much what I commented on the last post). 50 things in 500 days seems more doable because I mostly fizzled about halfway too.
