Turtle-Yes

Well, as soon as Turtle takes a piss I get to bring her home! They want to do a final urinalysis to check her urinary tract health and determine what kind of food she should eat. I don't really want to futz around with yet a different brand of food, but they said they'd try to figure out something that both she and BIlly or she and Tasha could ( Read more... )

I don't know the Yule-Walker algorithm for an ARMA(1,1), but I know that Skye-walker lost an ARM, ah, thanks to vader.

you gotta admit that "turtle pie" is kinda catchy. and close to her original moniker of "tortie pie", which is just a little too much of a grandma name for my liking.

but i'm flexible and will try to call turtle pie by whatever name she is given. remember that pkitty was originally dayton, named for his hometown. however, after spending about 2 days with him, it became obvious that precious kitten aka pkitty aka peaches the kitty etc. etc. was much more his style. and then what with j-mo joining in to the mix...awww yeah...!

Here is the history of Doodle:

1. Francisco *Pancho* Villa (so that I could call him #2)
2. Paco (oh yeahhhh)
3. el generalito (Pancho Villa's other nickname)
4. el bandido (yet another nickname of Pancho Villa's, who steals from the texans)
5. Little dude (because he is just too cute)
6. Lil dude
7. Dude lil --> DOODLE!!!

Now his name is Doodle. But, a 2 year old came over. She only speaks russian and spanish really. And when she heard that we called him el bandido (it was that phase) she thought we said *pandita* which means *little panda bear*. And it totally fits (he looks like one, all black and white and stuff). So this might be a once in a while name. Yeah, name progression is fun!

or rather, holy pee! i cannot believe the news! i am giddy just at the thought of a new cat! i went to the humane society yesterday to find out if it was, um, associated with a dialysis clinic...or maybe if it was franchised. ahem. anyway, i got my temporary fix of cuteness by petting some cats and taking their pix (as always, the copy is genius :) but now i want another cat. BAD! i mean, i want another cat badly, not that i want a bad cat. i've already got 1 of those.

so whatever blowhard said you shouldn't get turtle pie is a bit of a retardo! :) i cannot wait to meet the little kitty! and i do get all warm and fuzzy, imagining billy with a sweet little friend. yea!

Hopefully the introduction will go well. I'll be so disappointed if I can't bring her home today. T and I got her a litterbox of her own and a little 1-story kitty condo to curl up in. I still really want to get her a bed and possibly cute food bowls.

Tasha has been super cute today, which makes me feel bad. All purry and in my lap. Well, she did just bite me, but she purred while she did it!
