2 things:
1. Drink more water. It's what your bodies needs. You should be drinking 64 oz. a day of water. I think I only average 30 oz a day. Even when you aren't thirsty take a drink.
2. Urine is completely and utterly sterile. There is not a single disease that can be transmitted through urine. I repeat not a single disease. I know you are all about being sterile and clean, but pee will not kill you. Actually, to wash your hands after ever pee is a waste of water, and dries out your skin. I know it is hard to believe, but from an immunology (study of the immune system) point of view you could even drink your pee if you really wanted to and it would result in no ill effects. From a cultural point of view, EWWWWWWWWW, drinking pee.

PS- I think you'd like studying immunology. It would make you less germaphobic, because you'd know all about how germs get in and what they do and how your body kills them. I think it's actually total facinating.

Well fine Ms. Doctor lady. I actually do drink a lot of water... just not at school. Today I drank my nalgene twice and peed 3 times (blek) then came home and drank some more, then went to soccer and drank my entire water bottle. So there.
I think I would like studying Immunology. Actually, the whole neurology thing intrigues me since I'm going through it, But I don't think I could handle the work load, and I definitely see myself as a teacher.
P.S- Sorry I was kind of being a bitch on Monday. You kept trying to distract me and take my mind off of bad things and I was just upset about it. You can point and call me Debby Downer if you want.
P.P.S- My health teacher last year told me that AIDS was spread through body fluids. is pee a body fluid? because if it is, you could get diseases from using toilet paper thats been on the ground. Anyway, I still think it's disgusting and I refuse to use wet toilet paper.
