After all that food,
table and sideboard groaning
with the weight of food,
stretch pants, satisfied smiles,
all I can think of? Cookies.

Well, if hrothgar1 and corvideye baked them, I'm not surprised that cookies are on your mind ;-)

Nope, alas. We all actually employed incredible restraint this year; almost everything on the table was vegetative, except for the turkey, and then 1 piece of pie later with tea.

That's okay, though-- I'm slimming down a little for the Opera. I can have cookies at the New Years bash!
