You have to threaten peaople with going to the Better Business Burea before they do the right thing and answer letters and phone calls.
This has happened to me twice already in the last couple of months. Then they have to nerve to apologize saying they were busy and forgot to return a call or they misplaced they first letter.

I paid for a service and expect the provider of the service to do the right thing. Is that ssuch a bad thing to expect?
I got what I wanted in the end, but i souldn't have had to threaten people to get it.
