p.s. the night after writing my comment I went to La Bodeguita del Medio, Hemingways favorite bar in Milan. Its a Cuban bar that is covered in Che posters. I actually met Cubans who love Fidel Castro. It was very interesting.
From documentaries I have seen and material I have read, che seemed to be an absolutist instead of an idealist. He believed that only his ideology on government and society was correct. Witness reports have indicated that he murdered many innocent people because they questioned him. Even Castro began to distance himself from che. Revolution is the precipitous of change derived from a desire for better for all. I don't see this as what che was after. I see kids wearing che stuff and I don't know what to think...I guess I think along the same lines as when I see a kid wearing or talking about anarchy. Anyway now that the che business is out the way....How are you! I enjoyed talking to you the last time you were in town. Hope to see you far sooner than later...
