thanks for all your comments to my drunken/depressed post. today was spent recovering. i drank more than i should have last night. i'm questioning whether my drinking is a problem, but i dont think that it is. 4 days now without going to the gym. i'll get back into it tomorrow. i did ride 2 out of those 4 days though.

Well, another reason to stop drinking...alcohol makes it harder for your body to burn fat.

Yeah, something about it dehydrating you and that's what slows down the fat burning....that's why I stopped!
