a GOOD day! i do so much better with eating/water when i have clinical because i am too busy to snack. and i am bumping up my cardio. i've been doing 30 mins of a moderate pace (like walking uphill or jogging) but i think i'm not pushing myself enough, so now i am adding in higher intensity intervals. tonight i did 30 mins of 3 min run/1 min walk intervals... lets hope i dont get shin splints!
tomorrow is wednesday aka the craziest day of the week, but i am planning on riding my pony ALONE (Pam cant be at the barn tomorrow) so we'll see how that goes. i'm excited/nervous. and i signed up for spin class tomorrow evening, so i am really going to not let myself back out of it!
