so after being in a bad mood, i got my ass to the gym and ran on the elliptical for 30 mins. 3.5 miles and 300ish calories! it felt so good too! i know my legs will be feeling it tomorrow though, by the end of my run my legs were TIRED! i stretched so hopefully i wont be too sore ( Read more... )
