On The OC last year, I learned that the way you spend New Year's Eve is the way you spend the rest of the year. Looking at my calendar so far, I'd have to say this is fairly accurate. I worked and now I'm at home, online, doing a quick email check and journal post. Don't think I'm a total loser, I totally had invitations to things for tonight but

I also feel for you and your severe lack of comments with a wealth of writing already posted. People apparently care only about short, little quips - otherwise they feel they are wasting their time. What an aberration...
