I don't like working mid-shifts. I don't know what to do with myself. I can close like a mo-fo. I only like closing I think. I would rather do cleaning tasks and set up the morning crew for success than come in during the middle of the day because I don't feel like I'm accomplishing anything. Ha, I would rather open! Still plenty of work, but NO deck-scrubbing the floors! I REALLY can't say enough how much I detest mopping floors. UGH!!

Heh, I love mopping. It's instant gratification! Deck scrubbing is different, but when you can just mop the floor up real quick and see it go from dirty to clean, somehow it's much more satisfying to me than it probably actually should be. :) I also love cleaning the sinks with Spirit. It goes from brown to white (Spirit infuzed) to silver in a matter of minutes!

I'm a sick, sick girl. :)

We have copius amounts of floor to be mopped at my store - I HATE MOPPING! lolol I am ANAL about it, too, so I'll move every chair, every table, sweep under them, mop, and dry mop. Takes me FOREVERRRR!

I'm down with scrubbing out the sinks, though...I LOVE seeing them sparkle and not smell like ass!

What's your place of work, out of curiosity?

Starbucks. I'm a shift supervisor and most of the time, I love working there. Other times it's not so much the job as it is that I'd rather just be at home asleep.
