What are those weird swirly things and how do you wear them?

And is the wine bottle an accessory or to carry around to drink out of all day?

The swirly things are for stretched ear holes. I'm hoping to start stretching mine soon, so I guess those are more of wishful thinking. And wine is necessary for all things! Haha. Except that I am sick. Sigh. No wine for me.

ZOMG - you should put the "warning" a lot bigger and in red. I think I've just found my newest addiction! :)
