But at the same time don't wear sandals with heels because by the time you get to Penn Station you will want to throw them at the first person you see.

yeah the 1 am hello was a little much. I think if you are in the street at 1 am you should just be left alone.
and I think he was only scary b/c it was 1 am... if I saw him at 6 he would have been a normal person
