Cranberry Marmalade Muffins

Stir together in small bowl:

1 ½ c. flour

1 t. b. s.

¼ t. salt

½ t. b. p.

In large bowl beat:

1 egg

Add:

¼ c. sugar

½ c. buttermilk (or milk soured with a bit of vinegar)

¼ c. melted butter

¼ c. orange marmalade

1 c. or more chopped fresh or frozen cranberries

Combine two mixtures.

Can use paper liners for the muffins.

Seriously--you jest! Not that much work and you can do it! Besides you could get them right out of the oven rather than waiting for me to pack them up and ship them to you. These do freeze nicely however.
