Another August visit to Door County

Home yesterday from our friends' cabin on Green Bay in Door County. The visit seemed shorter than usual this year and a little more low key despite the fact that there is never any intense agenda. Maybe a nature walk, or a visit to the store to stock up on food. Otherwise we cook, eat, hang out, make campfires (and sit around them), sing, joke,

Mercury was pretty demanding, but mostly he demanded that I produce the two of you. I told him that you were coming back! Cats are such skeptics.

Glad that you had a good time. Sitting outdoors and observing can be awfully restful.
