When you move house, why don't they hand you over the local takeaway menus with the keys to your new place

we left ours on our windowsill in the lounge. But we moved to a new area and a new build - and nothing was provided!

What a good idea! I'm just wondering if you couldn't somehow work this idea into a job that actually pays!? Having a database of all the local take-away's shops and retail businesses and do up courtesy baskets/packages that Real Estate Agents pay you to put in each house they sell on the day it's handed over! It'd be a win, win situation for all as far as I can see and better still you'd be making money and not thanks to Tesco! :)
