When something upsets you, is there anything more irksome that some patronizing douche saying "I just choose not to get so upset over something so trivial"?

Even IF the thing in question actually were trivial (maybe it is, maybe it's not and s/he is being ignorant as well as patronizing), newsflash: YOU DON'T CHOOSE TO GET UPSET! You can't control

Uh che fastidio quando ti dicono una cosa simile. Personalmente sono il tipo che se lo fa passare, ma non è che SCELGO di non essere arrabbiata...è che tento di non pensarci. Ma i miei 5 minuti di RRRRRAAAAAGEEEEE ce li ho anche io.
