Even besides the many, many safety concerns, there's also the fact that dudes definitely do not trip over themselves to hook up with non-pretty, or fat, or visibly disabled, etc., women, and let's not even pretend most guys aren't deeply put off by women who approach them first. So it's more like, "It's so easy for women to get laid...when they're young, thin, more or less attractive, able-bodied, wait somewhere patiently to be propositioned, and don't have any kind of standards or expectations about who propositions them". Sure, sounds like cake to me.
