When you say, "7 personal hours", that doesn't mean vacation right? At my company, we get 3 personal days a year (separate from our vacation time)... we cannot roll ours over, so we have to take the days. We can roll up to 100 hours of our vacation!

That doesn't include vacation.

We get two weeks of vacation (in 2007, I get three weeks--woo hoo!). We get four hours of personal time per month. In the past it rolled over, so I actually have 189 hours. However, it will stop rolling over and on December 31st, I'll be losing all that time.

In 2007 we will get five sick days and seven "personal" days.
