I rock all the time!janejellyrollAugust 8 2007, 06:51:30 UTC
I am a warehousing executive at a Target distribution center.
Meaning . . . We make sure that stuff gets to the stores when it needs to be there in a way that costs the company as little money as possible. You'd think it would be a really easy job (at least I did when I took it), but it is actually pretty complex. I've been doing this since late April.

Ahhh, if you lived closer to me when I was doing my MBA, I could have brought you into class and had you explain the real world concept of Just In Time inventory assessment! I know all the formulae to calculate it, but you do it in real time! That rocks!
"listen to people when they have complaints" I so understand. That's hard for me, too. When someone is ranting or complaining about something all I usually hear is "blah blah blah blah blah rude blah blah inappropriate blah blah." And the whole time I'm someone else in my head thinking about what I'm wearing or if there are any cute guys that I can look at in the vacinity. Complaints are boring.
