The tattoo industry is so fascinating. When I worked as a tattoo parlor inspector, I used to see so many interesting things. It's funny how often people think they are using symbols to mean something and are pretty off or that they mean something different in a different group. Like people that use Chinese symbols to mean something and in Japanese they mean something slightly different. I think it's pretty funny that people usually get tattoos to show their individualism and yet you see so many of the same tattoos everywhere - even custom ones are often really similar.
