Seeing literature

I love how certain images come into your life just as you are reading or re-reading an exquisite text, and then the two are forever linked in your mind. It's not exactly a coincidence that I re-read "Lady Chatterley" and then "John Thomas and Lady Jane," both by D. H. Lawrence, during the final days of LOST. Wow.. that pic is absolutely perfect for that passage, with the look on his face, the cut on his mouth and Desmond's(Ian's) scar... all of it.

Thank you. The picture begged me to do it. I've been dying to get a new scanner so I could copy the passage from the book--I think it looks so cool that way--and I finally did.
