A wise professor once said, that interracial relationships are made to last. Back when he and his friends got hitched they all happened to have done so within 2-3 years from one another. The ones who married within the same background wound up in divorce soon enough while the interracial marriages are still going strong. What's going on here

Marriage and age doesn't have anything to do with me. I just have a lot planned for my future, I won't be able to balance a marriage and a carreer that's all.

i can't believe i haven't thought of that yet.
actually, maybe it's because race isn't really much of an issue in Hawaii, since it is considered a "melting pot" of different ethnicities.

NYC is a big time "melting pot" as well. I don't think that's the issue. It doesn't matter where people are - (like i said) certain beliefs are just deep rooted.
