Long day... long year...

Everyday in this school is too much work right now.  I know it's 1st year-itis. but i'm going nuts.  I'm in at 7:30 im out at 5:30.  I'm burnt out.  It's just an endless parade of trying to get these kids into a routine (in an EVERFREAKINCHANGING schedule), new planning and differentiation to take care of or copy or whatnot, group work to organize
