Okay, gonna come off new-agey here, but I had a terrible nightmare that affected me so badly that I woke up shaking, heart pounding and a migraine that feels like my head is football helmet. And it makes no sense but I AM SCARED that this means something. I swear if someone touched me or comforted me right now I'd burst into tears

But that was 3 wks ago. What is up with that? Especially when I do not feel conscieously angry. Maybe there is a deepseated fear that when I see him at Nathaniel's wedding he will say or do something to trigger it.
So how does one get rid of a deepseated anger? Just by taking deep breathes?
Maybe there is a step by step manual you can reccommend?
