A Complete Breakdown and My Mother Isn't Sympathetic

I'm quickly running out of steam. And patience.

The weather is really taking a lot out of me; I can't keep doing this pouring rain thing. We have standing water in all the fields and there's mud everywhere. I haven't been able to properly exersize the horses so they're all still fat and ill-tempered.

One month in and I kind of just want to hide in

Oh dear. I'm so sorry everything is behaving so rottenly. If it helps, it's been almost exclusively dreary and rainy over here too....so it's not like God is just peeing on you and the west side (although with all those liberals over there.... ; ) )

It's a nice opportunity to extend the hot tea-drinking season! And bake! And not get sore! So there are a few bright sides! Nonetheless, I'm rooting for good weather to take hold.
