Never buy a Reliance Telcom product

I had applied for Reliance Netconnect plus wireless internet service on 23rd of March. And that was the last day for getting the 2 month bundled unlimited usage (10GB) free; that is worth Rs 3500. This is the state of affairs in Indian service companies - same is the case with Tata Indicom, Hutch, Airtel, ans Sify. I have personally experienced the trouble. The call centre guys have no real training, and they really can't solve the problems as it is not in their hands. Always take the reference number and follow it up. Don't forget to cross your fingers though.

Airtel has a really good process though. They have a tracking mechanism. They probably use a software. :)

Beware of Tata Indicom's Internet foo modem too! Speed sucks and you will get fat bills. I was user of it for 1 year as there were no option available for mobile kind of Internet..
