Hair Cut

I got my hair cut & colored today. It looks cute, but is not what I asked for, and I am pissed. To top it off, he took 7 hours to get it done. Base color, highlights, toner, cut, blowdry - it has NEVER taken that long for me to get that done before. Grrrrr.
