i am SO happy to be in the nursing program. this is a very fulfilling course of study. the only bad thing i have to say is that i don't feel like i have any friends. i mean, i guess i do. but i feel like i'm back in catholic school and everybody likes me but still thinks i'm weird and i'm some freak show or something. or else i feel like

I think at this stage in school everyone thinks everyone else is a freak because you all have had such different paths. It is that way for me too, there are little cliques that are friends but most students think the other students are kind of strange. We will get through it.
