Yeppers, this is the "4 Star" officer. *snickers* The police commissioner also mentioned Officer Idiot's uniform... he said, "I finally got him out of that clown suit he called a uniform". I wanted to laugh so hard but I was trying to be professional and not let my personal feelings about this idiot be known.
I'm hoping that he will be fired - but I have a feeling he won't be. They don't have any replacement officers and it is hard to get an officer to work there... so they are stuck with him.
