Lauren is being admitted to the hospital on Thursday (possibly sooner). She will most likely be in until next week. They are going to run some more intensive tests

Is she a reader? Does she have a gameboy or something silly like that? Will she do crossword puzzles with you? Do you have old pictures of her that need to be put into a photo-album? Does she have the slightest interest in learning how to knit or crochet or needlepoint? Does anyone have a laptop she can borrow that she can use while in there? Can the two of you play cards? If she's tired, try books on tape, too! Or borrow a small DVD player and rent DVDs. *g*
The above are just suggestions from a woman who sat for a very long time in a lot of waiting rooms and saw what other people did. *g*

she can catch up on all the movies she's been wanting to see and read all those books that have been hanging around.
its funny how at 13 a four day nap is hell and now I'm like I'll do anything for four days in bed.

gameboy, videos, makeup?, cards, magazines, books, offers of new clothes if she stays in bed like she is supposed to. ;)
make sure you get rest and take care of yourself.
