Overwhelmed Already

It is only the second day of term and I am already feeling overwhelmed. It feels like Vocal Ped is going to be way more work than I expected, arranging R_'s schedule for opera scenes is really complicated and I'm WAY behind on my recital music. That doesn't include all of the choir related stress or my current work upheaval. I need it to be

I just try not to think about who will be reading my lj. I put it on friends only, so at least no strangers are reading it, but I can understand how it can be scary. Besides, it's always best to save the most personal/worst things for your best friends to listen to you in person. Good luck with everything and I'm sure we'll all get through this quarter alive!

PS I think you're a great mom! A_ is so well cared for!

Thanks a lot. I know we will all get through everything unscathed, but it is great to have friends to remind you how much you are supported. I hope you are doing okay with all that's going on with your brother. I battled depression in undergrad also, and don't ever underestimate how hard that is to overcome. You should be very proud of yourself because you really have it together and if I hadn't read your post I would never have known. You're an awesome person to have around and I really look forward to spending more time with you this term!
