You've said a lot in these last three entries, and I'm happy that you've found something that works for you. I think my method so far has been to work on the crap in my head first, and I think I've done pretty okay.
The human body is designed to eat whatever we choose (meat or veg) but we were given the intelligence to make good choices. I am a veg at heart (I adore all animals) but I do not like many vegetables. I am trying to retrain myself over time, but it's hard - two steps forward, one step back.
