Okay guys, I'm writing a paper on Smallville and I need your help.

Please tell me about memorable moments in Smallville in which:

• Clark is trying to find out about his heritage or is avoiding his heritage,
• Lex or Lana or Chloe is trying to find out Clark's secret,
• reactions of Freaks of the Week to learning Clark's secret,
• other people's reactions

I remember one ep. in the first season, i think, where Clark lost his powers- it was called Leech- and one of the other plots was that Lex was investigating the car accident where he meet Clark. He went to the Kent farm to confront him and Clark challenged him to hit him with a hammer or something. Is that the kind of stuff you want?

Wow, I can think of so many episodes, its hard to narrow down. Do you have any time period in mind? I'll be glad to help but its easier for me to go from an episode name (eg, Rosetta) to the specifics (oh yeah, that's the one where he dreams of flying and uses the key and learns Kryptonian and visits Virgil Swann (Christopher Reeve) and reads his parent's broadcasts message and then returns home to the ship and gets the second message about 'rule them with strength' Phew! Obviously, Rosetta is a key episode. Through into it that Lex is there when Clark receives a special delivery package, which Clark calls 'junk mail' - one of his more amusing lies.)

You also might want to check out svtimeline because it specialises in many of these types of details.

I know there are a lot of moments; basically any that you remember the best would help. I don't really have a timeframe in mind - this will cover just the significant turning points, as long as I can find out which moments those are, which is why I asked you guys. :D

- Lineage is a big one (Clark and she fight about her continuing to investigate his adoption)
- Truth (HUGE episode for this)
- Pariah (Chloe finds out thanks to Alicia)
- Blank (Chloe helps Clark to conceal the secret when he loses his memory)

Hmm ... I don't have a very good memory with these things either, but I can try to find things for you. For Lana, I know she tried to get Clark's secret out of Clark and Chloe in 6.10 'Hydro'. Also, she locked Chloe in the wine cellar in season 6, 'Promise', forcing Clark to save her and witnessing his powers. Is that the kind of stuff you're looking for?
