I should not be browsing cooking magazines. I always manage to find one recipe I simply must try.

Today, it's the Coconut Ice Cream Torte. I need to make this. And, when I do, I so need people to come over and help me eat it.

Mmmm... homemade ice cream. I must do that this week.

You know, you would think it would have coconut ice cream in it, but it doesn't. Vanilla & strawberry. Of course, the crust is made of crushed up macarooms and it's bordered by snack size Mounds bars.

I only made home-made ice cream once. It was a complete disaster. But if you make some and need help getting rid of it afterwards, you just let me know. :)
