i am in sheer agony. my throat hurts so much worse today than it has all week.... honestly i want to lay down, curl up in a ball and cry, except that i cant move the giant lump in my throat. ive been sick since SATURDAY, why cant i just feel BETTER already?

my throat is on fire
my ear is ringing out in pain
i feel like i have a crushed esophagus
every time i swallow, it feels like salt is scratching the back of my throat

and i have nobody to take care of me. :(. i want my momma and my couch and my puppy!!!
