I'm on year three with Sauvie Island Organics (www.sauvieislandorganics.com) and their website says they still have shares open... I bet if you email or call them you can find out about what it would cost since you've missed a few weeks. It's a lot of food, we do a pretty good job of eating it all but if you're just 2 adults then you could also find a friend to split it with.
There are also several smaller farms that are pretty new in town, I think Alice (horror_romance on lj) has friends who are involved with at least one.
We had a different CSA the first year (I forget which one) but the actual farm is 100 miles away) which sorta doesn't make sense since the whole point is to get the food from a really close spot, eliminating most of the transportation needs.
I've also had friends that worked at the 45th Ave farm, they seem great too!
