Looks like you have set a good pace. Add more water to your daily intake, as you will find more energy available when your intake exceeds two liters each day.

Added to what I ate:

- two bbq chicken legs
- some roast beef
- squash drink (concentrated juice that you heavily dilute with water)
- 3 Reese's peanutbutter cups
