Food:

- 7 large strawberries
- 1 kiwi (which tasted very strange, not sure if it was 'going off' or it being kiwi, I don't remember it tasting like this...)
- small plate of penne pasta, "cheese sauce", bacon, mushrooms and half-fat milk
- several glasses of filtered water (I'm trying to drink just water today instead of mixing with squash or having milk to drink)
- raspberry sponge pudding with low fat custard... he surprised me with this, he said it was my treat for being good about getting out and exercising and doing the gym.
