Um... I'm not understanding the question all that much. Shinjuku is a neighborhood in Tokyo. It's where the prefectural goverment building, along with a bunch of skyscrapers are. Also near the train station, like any other major station in Tokyo, there's lots of shopping.

ICU is in Mitaka, and it's a well-respected university.

Close friend is exchanging there ICU uni I'm wondering if he is gonna love it soo much over there that he's not gonna want to come back.
He saids he's going to be close to that area...

I guess i'm curious in a way to know what he'll encounter before venturing over there for 8 months...

All I know is that I'm an ICU student and that's how I feel. =) It's possible.

where are u original from?
What aspects made u came to that conclusion?

i wish i could exchange with him but my school is not affilate with that school for my program :( I don't think there is anything around that as well.

I love learning about Japan or the culture... soo don't mind if i ask a ton of questions..
