Sometimes it's like I'm living in World War II or the Cold War. Every once in a while from some unknown location some voice on a loudspeaker says "TEST! TEST! TEST! This is a TEST!" and then air raid alarms go off for about 30 seconds-a minute, followed by "TEST! TEST! TEST! This concludes the TEST
