Hn. That last week was tolerable, I suppose. I'm grateful to have my own clothing back, but I will miss the improvement to our living conditions. These teepees are less than sanitary ( Read more... )

I try not to accustom myself to Amanto luxuries, but there are some things that simply make life more tolerable. I'm never able to get this miserable excuse for a structure cleaned to my standards.

Oh, well, I've lived with worse. I just prefer not to. The straw does tend to stick to everything, doesn't it?

As have I. But I'm no longer in the middle of a war, so I see no reason to put up with these dilapidated living accommodations. It does. And it's worse when you're forced to live with someone who leaves ash from his pipe everywhere.
