I just read an interesting article about the Tsukiji sushi market. Don't lick the fish. Man, that's strange. You know, I didn't even concern myself with the auction when I went there. I went right for the restaurants. Literal melt in your mouth sushi. Inspires me to write an email to some of my Japanese friends I went there with
